Al Mulla Exchange Prestige Program Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the Al Mulla Exchange Prestige Program ("Program") offered by Al Mulla Exchange ("Company") to its eligible customers ("Customers"). The Program provides various benefits, including complimentary lounge access at participating airports. By participating in the Program, Customers agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Eligibility
- The Program is available exclusively to Customers who are enrolled in the Al Mulla Exchange Prestige Program and meet the criteria for customer status as determined by the Company.
- Currently, Customers are eligible for the Program if they have remitted more than 50,000 KD and have completed 10 or more transactions in the last 12 months.
- Eligibility for the Program and its benefits is subject to approval by the Company based on the criteria mentioned above and any other conditions the Company deems appropriate.
- Customers who meet the eligibility criteria will be enrolled in the Al Mulla Exchange Prestige Program and enjoy all associated benefits for a period of one year. After this period, the Company will re-evaluate the Customer's status. Customers who continue to meet the eligibility criteria will remain in the Program; those who do not will be removed from the Program.
