### Terms & Conditions for Online Payment by Customer through K-Net Payment Gateway

Customers willing to pay any dues to Al Mulla International Exchange Company (hereinafter ‘AMIEC’) through online K-Net Payment Gateway are requested to read the following terms and conditions carefully before making an online payment:


1.  Payment(s) through online K-Net Payment Gateway may only be made
    with a K-Net Card.
3.  AMIEC is only facilitating the payment by providing a link to the
    Payment Gateway Service provider or the Bank which will enable
    Customers to pay online. For your convenience, this page may contain
    certain hyperlinks to access other AMIEC pages. AMIEC is not
    responsible and shall not be liable for the functioning and/or any
    errors prompted by the link.
4.  If any Payment Gateway Service Provider or Bank imposes any taxes or
    charges, the same shall be borne by the Customer and cannot be
    claimed from AMIEC. AMIEC shall not be liable for any costs,
    expenses, taxes, penalties and/or charges of any type or nature.
5.  The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold AMIEC harmless against all
    direct and indirect claims, losses, damages and actions that the
    customers, payers, payee or any party may initiate in relation to
    the online payment gateway. Neither AMIEC nor any of its employees,
    agents, officers, management or representatives shall be liable for
    any loss or damage, costs, expenses, charges of any type that may be
    suffered by customers, payers, payee or any party as a result of
    such usage.
6.  All payments will be processed on the basis of the information that
    you provide. AMIEC does not accept any liability if you make any
    mistake in providing information or for any reason whatsoever.
7.  The service is provided using a Third Party payment gateway through
    a secure website. However, AMIEC does not give any assurance or
    guarantees, that the information provided online by a user is kept
    secured and/or a third party cannot read it or intercept it. AMIEC
    and/or its employees, agents, officers, management or
    representatives do not accept or assume any type of liability in the
    event of such unauthorized interception, hacking or other
    unauthorized access to information provided by a user of the online
    payment service.
8.  The Customer declares that he/she is the lawful owner of the money
    being remitted to the beneficiary and have the capacity and
    authority to execute this remittance. He / She also declares that he
    / she have full and complete knowledge of the beneficiary and that
    the money is being remitted for personal and lawful purposes.
9.  The Customer agrees, understands and confirms that his / her
    personal information including information relating to his/her K-Net
    Card transmitted over the Internet may be susceptible to misuse,
    hacking, theft and/ or fraud and AMIEC and/or its employees have no
    control over such matters. The Customer hereby undertake that, he /
    she alone shall be transacting through online and shall not share
    his / her user ID and password to any third party.
10. The Customer agrees that the K-Net Card details provided by him/ her
    must be correct and accurate. The Customer shall not use a K-Net
    Card that is not lawfully owned by him/ her or the use of which is
    not authorized by the lawful owner thereof. The Customer shall not
    share these details to any third party and AMIEC shall not be held
    responsible in any manner.
11. He / She understand that should this remittance be unpaid for
    whatsoever reasons by Al Mulla International Exchange Company
    K.S.C.C. (hence forth and interchangeably known as AMIEC), I can
    only claim the value thereof at the buying rate on the day the
    actual refund takes place. The refund will not take place unless
    AMIEC receives definite advice from their correspondents that the
    remittance remains unpaid and after the completion of necessary
    formalities to the satisfaction of AMIEC. Repayment/refund of the
    aforementioned claim/remittance will be done only to the account of
    the debit card used at the time of doing the transaction and is at
    the sole discretion of AMIEC. He / She hereby indemnify AMIEC and
    its employees against any liability whatsoever arising thereof.
12. The information provided by the user on this website will be kept
    confidential and will not be shared with anyone unless required by
    law, by regulatory body or by court.
13. Once the payment has been confirmed online, you will be given a
    Payment Receipt including a transaction number. Please note the
    transaction number and quote in any future queries about the
    payment. Payment Receipt so generated shall be the proof for
    successful payment.
14. We retain the right to change the terms and conditions for Online
    Payments, without any prior notice.
15. Customer obligation to pay the transaction dues remain unchanged in
    the event online transaction fails for whatsoever be the reason.
16. Note : Kindly note that you will be contacted in case additional
    supporting financial documents or other information are required to
    process the transaction.
17. Al Mulla International Exchange shall not be liable for any incorrect information and / or documents provided by the Client and the Customer shall be solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information provided by him, including the beneficiary's information.
18. The purchase and sale of currencies are subject to financial limits and financial exchange restrictions applied by the competent authorities and compliance with anti-money laundering rules. Customers should seriously note that any suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities in the relevant countries. 
19. In case if my transaction’s amount exceeds KWD 3000/-, I request AL Mulla International exchange to enhance my daily limit.
