Further, Modern Exchange - Oman as the single largest Exchange Company in Oman has an added responsibility to satisfy Central Bank of Oman, our local Regulator, and also our Correspondent banks and their Regulators across the globe in terms of compliance to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) Regulations.

With this in mind, we have introduced a system for online customers, where we ask a customer to set their annual (Calendar Year) transaction amount limit. This limit should be in accordance with your annual income. The limit can be revisited and reset any time you want, Online or on Mobile App.
